Our salesman, Phil was and absolute pleasure. He was responsive to what we wanted to see, and very knowledgeable with the merchandise. He created an environment that was not intimidating, relaxed, FUN, and all around top notch service oriented. Our finance guy, last name Roof (first name Collin perhaps) was also spectacular. He found the warranty I wanted, bundled with additional coverage, and all at a price point that I was able to see value in. I will say, as a loan officer and office manager myself in the credit union world, I was absolutely impressed with the joy the team found in their roles including the manager who popped in for a moment. I appreciate a team that is knowledgeable, helpful, fun, and charismatic. The Grand Rapids Camping World has my business now and in the future, and I will be someone who will recommend this store. Great work to this team.

Had a great experience on our visit today. Jon, our salesman spent a lot of time, somewhere between 2 and 3 hours, talking with us and showing us several coaches, both new and pre owned. He wasn’t pushy, was very knowledgeable and answered lots of questions. It was very helpful for us to see the different models. Thank you Jon.

Had issues with thermostat working properly. We called ahead and asked if a mechanic could help us. Rich told us to come on in. Within an hour the wonderful mechanic resolved our issue! Thank you so much!

Posting on behalf of my lady. Easter weekend we brought home a brand new 2026 Keystone Coleman 17BX and this past weekend we finally got to use it and after using it for the first time, I can happily say we were beyond happy with choosing camping world of Grand Rapids. Robert was a phenomenal salesman who went above and beyond to help us find the right camper and he was not pushy at any time during the buying process. I believe his name was Paul was super informative showing us everything with our camper. The staff who installed our our Curt weight distribution hitch was also very informative and showed us everything we needed to know about the brake control app. All in all, we had a beyond enjoyable experience here and we would highly recommend camping world of Grand Rapids to anyone who's looking for a new camper. They will take good care of you. Thank you guys so much for helping us find our new camper. We are so happy with it!!

I would give zero stars if I could. The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The Secretary of State is a picnic compared to this camping world location. I booked an appointment to take in my 2023 Heartland Bighorn 37DB for its first service in June 2024 to get a few small items fixed from defective manufacturing, the biggest being an AC unit not blowing cold. I dropped it off in early June and dealt with Ashley Brown who was pleasant at first. As weeks turned into months and after repeated phone calls and visits to the shop I mostly received bs excuses. I was told the girl who handles warranty claims was on a 2 week vacation when I was told the day before she would submit claims in a couple days. Ashley Brown would almost never return my calls and usually had an aloof attitude. They said they “replaced” the faulty AC unit which worked when I picked it up 3 months later and then never again after that! Stay far away from this facility if you value your time and sanity.
